This interactive workshop will help you quickly understand basic communication style differences and how to apply the communication skills needed to accelerate collaboration, persuade more effectively, and bring out the best in others.
Our 4 hour workshop includes:
• Management By Strengths Communication Style Survey (takes 10 minutes online)
• Interpretation of survey results, understanding your communication style
• How to recognize different communication styles
• How to work with people who have styles different than your own
• How to recognize and appeal to different customers’ styles
• Ways we often misunderstand each other
• How to target and improve difficult relationships

Cate Lawrence is founder of Lawrence Research Associates, specializing in communication process improvement. Her background in new product development spans drawing-board to mass production in heavy industry and Fortune 500 information technology companies. Prior to founding Lawrence Research Associates, she served as CEO of a mobile application software company. She holds an MS in applied psychology from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of Colorado Executive MBA Program.
